The acommodation
is provided over four floors. Seven steps lead into the entrance hall
which retains original feature arche and leads to the main staircase. The
main hall also goes through to small landing area which
leads to the rear entrance. |

floor, a door leads to the spacious Lounge. There is also a
cloakroom with toilet and wash basin on the ground
floor |

A spacious Lounge with open log burning fire (original marble
fire surround) and polished stripped pine floor. There is
a colour TV with video a CD/radio player and a selection of
board games for winter evenings. To the front of the room

| there is a lovely bay window which lets the light
flood in. There arealso a further two window to the side of
the room which give it a lovely open
feel. |
