OutSide: -there is a small patio with pretty garden area and climbing rose to the front of the house. At the rear of the house is a small enclosed yard (with washing line). A parasol and stand and a limited number of directors chairs are provided for use on the patio.

Parking:- street parking is available in front of the property and nearby in the village.

Heating:- Marmion has the benefit of central heating.  The cost of gas and electricity is included in the rental price. Logs for the fire are available at 3.00 pounds per bag if ordered in advance or can be purchased locally.
